The residential homes are primarily marketed to high net worth foreigners who want to own a home in the UAE. Lawsuit Between AHBE and their former Insurance Company

Towards the end of 2016, there was a lawsuit filed against New Hampshire Insurance Company. The reason for that was the breaching of a contract which involved the settlement of claims. The settlements were made by Mr. Danny Ferry who used to works as general manager. The lawsuit was filed by The Atlanta Hawks Basketball and Entertainment LLC (AHBE).

Mr. Bruce Levenson is a former controlling partner who was a part of the AHBE. The current Hawks group is not involved in the lawsuit, and neither is the leader Mr. Tony Ressler. The lawsuit was filed on 13 Sept. in the Superior Court of Fulton County. The insurance company described it as a civil action. The Atlanta Hawks Basketball and Entertainment LLC made claims that they were supposed to be covered by a policy related to certain losses which had to do with employment practices. Some of the practices included Workplace Torts as well as Wrongful Termination, but the policy had not been limited to those two acts alone.

In relation to the events, a spokesman of the Hawks ownership presently stated on Forbes Media that the Hawks group was completely aware of the events and the lawsuit. The spokesman added that neither of the two parties had any lasting ties to the current Atlanta Hawks Basketball and Entertainment LLC. The spokesman made clear that the current AHBE will not be making any comments on the matter either as they have not been involved in the lawsuit in any way.

Using Securus Technologies to Break Up a Gang Ring in Prison

I am currently employed in a prison in New Mexico, and we have the biggest concentration of gang members in our facility than any nearby correctional units. That reason alone makes my job extremely dangerous because these inmates are mostly doing life sentences, and killing an officer is not going to make their time in jail any more challenging, in fact, it may get them in more with the gangs they represent.

For these reasons and more, we have to separate the gang population and monitor their activities closely each day. If the word comes down from a gang leader to kill, the soldiers must obey. Our job is to try an intercept those orders any way possible. I was in charge of listening in on inmate conversations over the jail phone system, but my efforts were not bearing fruit because these inmates use a very complicated communication system full of coded terms they only understand.

Even though I was able to pick up on a few pieces of information, I believe the inmates were only giving me small chunks of information to keep me away from the bigger score. It was around this time the jail system employed the services of Securus Technologies to install a new inmate communication system, and my training was up first. I was impressed how much information i was able to learn concerning deciphering coded terms between gang members.

Using the LBS software, I was able to overhear a communication between two top gang leaders who had planned a hit that afternoon on a rival gang member. We were able to stop the attack and separate the players before anything went down. In the last few weeks, I was able to break up the gang violence significantly and make the jail safer for officers and inmates alike.
